Broccoli raised $52 million across its Series A and Series B rounds. Khosla Ventures led both rounds, with participation from Y Combinator and Operator Partners. The company builds AI agents that help home-service businesses manage calls and bookings.
Reported results
One national multi-location company saw a 29% revenue increase in its first year, according to Broccoli. The same customer cut overhead by 36%. Broccoli shared those results alongside its funding announcement.
Customer adoption
More than 1,500 home-service businesses use Broccoli. Customers include Ace Hardware Home Services, Any Hour Group, Mr. Electric, and Authority Brands. The platform has handled over 10 million customer conversations and booked 2.5 million appointments.
How the platform works
Broccoli's AI agents answer calls, book appointments, and follow up on estimates. They also renew service memberships and reconnect with past customers. Before a technician arrives, the agents collect home and equipment details.
Broccoli has a 160-person team and offices in San Francisco and Utah. It will use the funding to accelerate hiring. The company also plans to expand its AI capabilities across the customer journey.
