Anthropic made three administrative tools generally available for Claude Enterprise. The tools are smart reports, in-app surveys, and pooled group budgets. They help organizations understand and expand how teams use Claude.
Smart reports
Smart reports analyze a sample of team transcripts and group the work into workstreams. They show spend, deliverables, and common points of friction for each one. Admins can save custom questions and share findings as artifacts.
In-app surveys
In-app surveys ask team members about recent value, time saved, and which uses others should copy. Admins can customize questions and choose who receives a survey. Responses appear on a survey page and can be exported to a spreadsheet.
Pooled group budgets
Pooled group budgets give a team one shared monthly limit. Individual limits still act as guardrails against unusually high use. Members can request more spend, and billing admins receive alerts at set thresholds.
The features are available today for Claude Enterprise. Availability varies for organizations with HIPAA configurations or customer-managed encryption keys. Administrators can visit the Help Center for eligibility and setup details.
