Brian Long, co-founder and managing partner of Atlantic Bridge, is leaving the growth equity firm to launch his own US-based technology fund. He announced the move on November 6, 2026. Atlantic Bridge, which he co-founded in 2004, manages €1.4 billion in assets.
Ongoing roles
Long will keep selected board and advisory positions after leaving Atlantic Bridge. He remains a director of Navitas Semiconductor. That company reached a US$4 billion valuation at its IPO.
SambaNova plans
Long also stays on the advisory board of SambaNova. Its recent Series F round reached a US$11 billion valuation. The company is planning a NASDAQ IPO next year.
Elisity sale
Long led the investment in Elisity. The company recently announced its sale to IonQ. The all-stock transaction is valued at up to US$1.3 billion.
Long will share details of his new fund in due course. The fund will target US-based technology investment opportunities. Kevin Dillon, speaking for Atlantic Bridge, said Long created meaningful opportunities for investors and partners.
