Brazilian ad-tech firm BrandLovers has officially rebranded as Creator Ads, aligning its corporate identity with its flagship AI-powered platform. This strategic move coincides with a significant international expansion, with new offices opening in New York and Mexico City. The expansion is driven by explosive growth and increasing demand from global brands seeking to scale their influencer marketing efforts.

A Strategic Rebrand and Explosive Growth

The name change reflects the complete fusion of the company and its sole product, which has redefined its business trajectory. Founder and CEO Rapha Avellar stated that the distinction no longer exists, as clients experience the company entirely through the Creator Ads solution. This rebranding formalizes the platform's central role in the company's identity and future strategy.

Since its launch in March 2025, the platform has driven remarkable results, including a tenfold year-over-year growth. The company's momentum has accelerated recently, posting 600% growth in the last six months compared to the previous semester. These figures are supported by an impressive 97% client retention rate, indicating strong market validation.

Creator Ads serves an elite client roster, including half of the top 20 advertisers in Brazil. The average investment per client has also surged, growing 136% between the first and second quarters. This demonstrates that customers are not only staying but are also significantly increasing their spending on the platform.

Global Expansion Fueled by Major Brands

The company is establishing a physical presence in key international markets to meet growing demand. An office in New York will serve the United States and Canada, while a hub in Mexico City will manage operations across Spanish-speaking Latin America. This expansion marks a pivotal step in the company's journey to becoming a global player.

This international push was accelerated by requests from major multinational clients already using the platform in Brazil. Global giants like Coca-Cola, P&G, and Unilever sought to apply the same scalable influencer media buying model to their campaigns in other regions. Their demand provided a clear roadmap and impetus for the company's global strategy.

In line with its expansion, the company's network of content creators has swelled from 100,000 to 500,000 globally. The international base of 100,000 creators was established in just over a month, with 5,000 to 10,000 new influencers joining weekly. This organic growth model is a core component of its international scaling plan.

AI-Powered Platform Transforming the Industry

At the core of Creator Ads' success is its proprietary artificial intelligence technology that automates the entire campaign lifecycle. AI agents like SmartMatch connect brands with ideal creators, while Guardian ensures brand safety and compliance before publication. This automation allows for unprecedented scale and operational control in influencer marketing.

A recent campaign for Pantene exemplifies the platform's power, simultaneously mobilizing 5,000 content creators for a product launch. The company estimates that executing a campaign of this magnitude through traditional methods would require over 100 professionals. This highlights the immense efficiency gains delivered by its technology.

Creator Ads aims to correct the market imbalance where creators generate over half of online content but receive only 3% of media investments. By providing robust measurement and scalability, the platform transforms influencer collaborations into a programmatic media unit. This approach integrates seamlessly with brands' broader digital marketing strategies.

Financial Strength and Future Outlook

The company's rapid growth is built on a foundation of strong financial health, having achieved profitability seven months ago. It reached its breakeven point at the end of last year, demonstrating a sustainable and efficient business model. This financial independence is a key asset in its current expansion phase.

While Creator Ads has raised over R$ 50 million since 2023 from top-tier funds like Kaszek and Canary, its international expansion is being financed entirely from its own cash flow. Avellar confirmed the company is not actively seeking a new funding round, highlighting its robust operational profitability. The company still holds 80% of its last funding round in reserve.

Looking ahead, the company has ambitious goals, viewing Mexico as a market with potential comparable to Brazil. The U.S. market, being 30 times larger, presents an opportunity for exponential growth and could pave the way for a future IPO. These aspirations underscore the company's confidence in its scalable model and global potential.

With a new name that reflects its core mission, a powerful AI-driven platform, and a self-funded international expansion, Creator Ads is strategically positioned for global leadership. The company's proven track record of explosive growth, high client retention, and operational profitability provides a solid foundation for its ambitious future. It is set to redefine the creator economy by making influencer marketing a scalable and measurable pillar of digital advertising.
