Ares Intelligence has raised €2.6 million. The London-based company builds a platform for planning AI adoption in organizations. Creandum and Lakestar backed the funding round.
Investor backing
Venture capital firms Creandum and Lakestar led the investment. A group of angel investors also participated in the round. These private investors have connections to Google DeepMind.
How the platform works
The company's platform uses an AI interviewer to speak with employees. These confidential voice conversations can happen in more than 70 languages. The system aims to turn employee insights into specific action plans.
Reports and privacy features
After the interviews, the platform produces a prioritized implementation plan. This report identifies where AI could save a business time and money. Companies can mask names and redact voices to protect employee privacy.
Ares Intelligence will use the capital to fund the expansion of its operations. The company highlighted results from its customer Tremonia, a Mercedes-Benz spin-out. It said the platform identified over 400 hours of avoidable manual work per month.
