ARCHIVESTOCK raised funding from Sazaby League on April 8, 2026. The amount was not disclosed. The Tokyo-based company runs a resale marketplace focused on luxury fashion.

Investment details

Sazaby League bought new shares through a third-party allotment. The investor runs more than 40 lifestyle brands, including Afternoon Tea and Ron Herman. The companies discussed the deal for more than a year.

Company background

ARCHIVESTOCK launched its platform in August 2023. It was founded in November 2022. Since launch, high-end brands accounted for over 85% of listings and 93% of purchases, according to the company.

Authentication coverage

The marketplace handles apparel, bags, shoes, accessories, and watches. Its authentication service covers more than 5,500 brands. The company says that is about 13 times the average of three major Japanese flea market apps it examined.

ARCHIVESTOCK plans to strengthen its transaction infrastructure. It will also expand features for listing and buying. The company aims to improve the trading experience for fashion items.
