Vidoser, a European martech scaleup specializing in AI-powered creator marketing solutions, has launched a new end-to-end platform designed to unify creator discovery, content approvals, and payments in a single workspace. The release arrives as industry forecasts project creator marketing investment at US$30.5 billion in Europe and US$40.5 billion worldwide in 2026. The company recently closed a €1 million bridge round, bringing total funding to over €3 million and supporting a strategic push toward greater campaign autonomy for brands and agencies.
Addressing Operational Complexity
Marketing teams often coordinate dozens or hundreds of creators each year while managing fragmented briefs, chat-based approvals, and spreadsheet-tracked payments. This complexity is no longer sustainable as campaign volume increases across Europe. Vidoser positions its new platform as a response to these operational burdens, aiming to reduce manual work and improve control.
A Strategic Platform Release
The latest release marks a turning point for Vidoser, which has developed proprietary solutions since 2019, starting with its app for the creator community. The platform now allows brands and agencies to orchestrate campaigns end to end with full autonomy. The company has also strengthened its leadership in applied AI through product and technology leads Luca Sbampato and Raffaele Barone.
Four Core Capabilities
The new platform introduces four core capabilities: Open Collab, Collab Management, Creator Scouting, and AI Campaign. Open Collab allows brands and agencies to launch on-demand campaigns and receive spontaneous applications from target creators, with automated participation flows. Collab Management centralizes briefing, content approval, and payments in one hub with direct chat and AI tools.
AI-Powered Workflow Tools
Within Collab Management, the Brief Generator transforms a brand's strategic idea into an operational brief ready for creator activation. The Video Analyzer and Video Transcription features automatically analyze and transcribe video content, accelerating the review and approval cycle. These tools are designed to embed artificial intelligence directly into daily campaign workflows rather than treating it as an add-on.
Creator Discovery and Autonomous Campaigns
Creator Scouting, positioned upstream of campaign execution, serves agencies and media centers with an AI-based search engine. It cross-references geolocation, demographic data, performance metrics, and video content analysis to identify profiles aligned with a brand's identity, drawing on a proprietary database of verified creators and soon external social data. AI Campaign, currently in open beta, goes further by using AI agents to create campaigns, select creators, and execute activations in minutes from a simple description.
Leadership Perspective
CEO Alessandro La Rosa said the goal is to build an operating system that matches the scale of creator marketing in Europe today. He noted that brands no longer manage a few activations but hundreds or thousands of creators each year, creating significant complexity across payments, spreadsheets, and content control. Head of Product and Growth Luca Sbampato added that activating more than 10 creators in under 24 hours demonstrates how AI can change real processes when embedded properly.
Enterprise Services and Industry Engagement
For enterprise clients, Vidoser pairs the technology platform with a managed service delivered by a dedicated expert team. This team supports companies from strategy definition through campaign execution. Vidoser will also discuss AI's impact on brand strategies at Intersections on Wednesday, October 28 at 5:15 p.m. in Amber 4, with a workshop on scaling creator marketing without increasing complexity.
By consolidating fragmented workflows and embedding AI across campaign management, Vidoser is targeting the operational pain points that limit influencer marketing scale. The platform's combination of automation, data-driven creator selection, and autonomous campaign agents positions it for a more efficient creator marketing ecosystem. With new funding and a clear product direction, the company is moving from a creator-focused app toward a full operating system for brands and agencies.
