AIREV, an Abu Dhabi-based AI firm, has announced a major distribution agreement with technology aggregator Redington. This partnership will introduce AIREV’s OnDemand agentic AI platform to markets across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the entire African continent. The collaboration aims to leverage Redington's extensive network to scale the adoption of sovereign-ready AI solutions for enterprise customers throughout the region.


A Strategic Alliance for Regional AI Deployment

Under the terms of the agreement, Redington will market, resell, and distribute the OnDemand Enterprise platform. The partnership offers flexible deployment models, including software-only, self-hosted, and cloud-hosted options to suit diverse enterprise needs. Redington will also provide implementation services, custom agent development, and multi-tier technical support through its established channel partners, creating a comprehensive offering.

Advancing the UAE's Global Technology Vision

This agreement strongly aligns with the UAE's ambition to export its homegrown advanced technologies to key trade partners. His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister for Foreign Trade and Chairman of AIREV, highlighted the strategic importance of this move. He noted that Redington’s vast distribution infrastructure provides AIREV with unparalleled access to scale its operations seamlessly and sustainably across new markets.

The Pivotal Role of Ecosystem Collaboration

The engagement was facilitated by Intel, which maintains a strong collaborative relationship with both companies. Intel works with AIREV on AI software optimization and has a longstanding channel partnership with Redington, making it the ideal catalyst to connect the two firms. As part of the deal, AIREV will deliver training and certification for Redington’s partners, supported by joint go-to-market programs to drive enterprise adoption.

Meeting Demand for Sovereign and On-Device AI

A key aspect of this partnership is its ability to deliver on-device AI deployments, addressing critical data sovereignty requirements. The OnDemand platform has been optimized to run efficiently on Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 3 processor, allowing AI agents to operate directly on client devices. This architecture is particularly valuable for government agencies, regulated industries, and organizations in markets with strict data governance laws.
