UK proptech company Supa, which builds AI-powered tools for residential block management, raised £21 million in seed funding. The equity round was co-led by 2150 and OpenOcean, with participation from KOMPAS VC, Actia Capital Partners, and HEARTFELT. A major UK lender also provided a debt facility.
Operating model
Supa announced the round as it came out of stealth after 12 months of building quietly. The company says it is not building another software company. Instead, it acquires established local building management businesses and rebuilds their operations.
Company context
Supa has acquired seven local property management firms, including Hunters in Sussex, FW Block Management in Hertfordshire, and Lamberts in London. It manages approximately 20,000 homes across the UK. The company reports revenue growth of more than 700% since its first two acquisitions in late 2025.
How the platform works
Supa's AI platform automates tasks such as scheduling repairs, reconciling service charges, and maintaining safety compliance records. The technology can cut time spent on administrative work by up to 90%, according to the company. Property managers can focus more on maintenance and communication with residents.
Supa is hiring across the company. It is also inviting owners of building management businesses to discuss joining. The company says it is at the beginning of a long expansion effort.
