Multipolitan, an Abu Dhabi-based global mobility technology company, raised US$2 million in Seed funding. Global venture studio EmergentX led the round. The company builds tools that help people manage visas, travel, and residency across borders.
Funding details
The Seed round valued the company at US$25 million before the investment. Multipolitan's Private Client business has generated more than US$4 million in net revenue in under two years. The capital will support growth of that business.
Regional footprint
Multipolitan operates in Abu Dhabi and Dubai and holds a Tech Innovator Licence endorsement at ADGM. It employs more than 40 professionals across Singapore, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Bengaluru. The company plans to expand further in Kuala Lumpur and Manila.
Platform and tools
The platform organizes services around Live, Travel, and Stay. It runs on proprietary tools called INREX, FlightIQ, and Visa Connect. These tools provide immigration intelligence, real-time travel updates, and AI-powered visa checks.
The Multipolitan App is scheduled to launch in December 2026. Multipolitan was co-founded by Nirbhay Handa and Lee Smith. Handa previously worked at Henley & Partners, and Smith co-founded Paidy, which PayPal acquired.
