What the deal includes
The agreement goes beyond passive investment. HotelsWave products will be merged into the SolvFast platform. AI agents from the Senaiy system will handle routine tasks while human staff review decisions.
SolvFast's market presence
SolvFast operates in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United States. It has worked with government entities and more than 20 startup and small and medium-sized clients. Most of those clients are based in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
What HotelsWave offers
HotelsWave manages hotel accounts on global booking platforms such as Booking.com. It provides round-the-clock AI guest support through WhatsApp and Booking.com. The company also runs a commission-based booking platform for hotels in the Arab world.
Joint operations will be managed from Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The companies plan to develop hospitality technology for hotels across the Arab region. Product integration has already started.
