Rentomojo Leads Four IPOs Opening September 9

Rentomojo and three more firms set IPO price bands for September 9-11

India's primary market is heading into a busy week as four companies have announced price bands for initial public offerings that open on Wednesday, September 9 and close on Friday, September 11. The issuers represent a mix of consumer rental, engineering, construction, and payment technology businesses. Together they plan to raise significant capital through fresh issue and offer for sale components.


Mainboard IPO Price Bands

Rentomojo has set its price band at ₹384 to ₹404 per share for a ₹1,255.57 crore issue. The public offering includes a ₹150 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale of ₹1,105.57 crore. LCC Projects has priced its ₹427.14 crore IPO at ₹139 to ₹146 per share, comprising a ₹258 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale of 11.6 million shares.

Karamtara and Manipal Payment Offerings

Karamtara Engineering has fixed its price band at ₹241 to ₹254 per share for an ₹875 crore offering. The issue consists of a ₹675 crore fresh issue and an offer for sale of ₹200 crore. Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions has set a price band of ₹322 to ₹339 per share for a ₹320 crore fresh issue alongside an offer for sale of 14.3 million shares.

Rentomojo IPO Structure and Allocation

At the upper end of its band, Rentomojo is valued at a market capitalisation of ₹4,006.2 crore. The anchor book opens on September 8, share allotment is expected on September 15, and tentative listing on NSE and BSE is set for September 17. The company has reserved 50 percent of the net issue for qualified institutional buyers, 35 percent for retail investors, and 15 percent for non-institutional investors.

Rentomojo Business and Use of Proceeds

Rentomojo operates a direct-to-consumer rental and subscription platform for furniture and appliances across India. As of September 30, 2025, it had 227,511 live subscribers in 22 cities and a portfolio of 728,773 live products from brands such as Haier, Wakefit, Livpure and Duroflex. Proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for debt repayment, lease rentals and licence fees for warehouses and experience stores, and general corporate purposes.

SME IPO Activity

Apana Logistics will launch its initial public offering on September 7 to raise ₹34.14 crore at ₹60 per share, with listing expected on September 15 on the BSE SME platform. Vinod Texworld has fixed its IPO price at ₹94 per share for a ₹42.83 crore issue opening on September 9 and closing on September 11. The textile manufacturer plans to expand its processing and dyeing plant, invest in working capital, and reduce borrowings.

Recent Listing Performance

Priority Jewels and ESDS Software Solution delivered strong debuts on Friday. Priority Jewels closed at ₹236.45, an 18.23 percent premium to its issue price, while ESDS Software closed at ₹895.55, a 108.75 percent premium. The gains lifted their free-float market capitalisations to ₹79.27 crore and ₹1,152.79 crore respectively.


The flurry of IPO launches and positive listing performances highlights continued investor appetite across both mainboard and SME segments. The coming week will test demand for companies with different business models, capital requirements, and growth strategies. Market participants will closely track subscription data and listing performances to assess the near-term direction of India's primary market.
