Patria Investimentos has invested more than R$20 million in Klubi, a Brazilian fintech that sells consortium plans online. The fresh capital is a second extension of Klubi's Series A round. This raises Patria's total investment in the company to more than R$60 million since 2021.

Funding so far

Klubi's Series A opened in late 2024 with R$45 million. Patria invested alongside L4 Venture Builder, linked to B3, and Vivo Ventures. This latest check came only from Patria through its Fund III.

Company track record

Klubi was founded in 2020 by Eduardo Rocha, a former Rodobens executive. It started with cell phone plans and later added motorcycles, cars, and real estate. The fintech now has more than 100,000 active clients and a credit portfolio above R$2 billion.

How the product works

Klubi runs 250 agentic robots across sales, customer service, credit analysis, fund release, and collections. More than 80% of active clients hold cell phone consortium plans with average credit of about R$5,000. Real estate plans carry average credit between R$400,000 and R$500,000.

Klubi says it tripled on nearly every indicator in 2025 and is approaching breakeven. Monthly cash burn remains below R$1 million. The new capital will support accelerated growth and cash needs.
