Huspy, a Dubai based technology company focused on artificial intelligence for real estate and mortgage brokerage, has entered the Italian market by acquiring Integra Finance. The move includes a planned investment of $86 million, or AED 315 million, to build a leading mortgage finance and property operation in Italy. The deal marks the first step in Huspy's Italian strategy and supports its ambition to create a major AI-native homebuying platform across the Middle East and Europe.

Strategic Entry into Italy

Founded in Dubai in 2020, Huspy now operates in 15 cities across the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Saudi Arabia and Italy. It provides AI-native technology, services and support to real estate agents and mortgage consultants. Italy becomes the fourth market for the company, following the United Arab Emirates, Spain and Saudi Arabia.

Integra Finance Acquisition

Integra Finance was founded in 2020 and specializes in credit intermediation for mortgages, loans, financing and credit services. The company serves individuals, professionals and businesses through more than 160 advisors and a network of over 50 banking, financial and insurance partners. Its diversified offering includes mortgages, salary-backed and pension-backed loans, personal loans, corporate financing and insurance services through its subsidiary Bicher.

Leadership Perspectives

Jad Antoun, Co-founder and CEO of Huspy, said the company is doubling down on Europe and that Italy is central to its next phase of growth. He described Integra Finance as a fast-growing business with a high-calibre management team, an established advisor network and an efficient operating model. By combining this local expertise with Huspy's AI-native technology, the company aims to accelerate growth and transform the experience of buying, selling and financing a home.

Ziad Nassar, Co-founder and Deputy CEO of Huspy, noted that entering Italy is an important strategic step and that Integra Finance is the ideal platform from which to begin. He highlighted the long-standing economic partnership between the UAE and Italy, referencing the UAE's USD 40 billion investment commitment announced in February 2025. Nassar added that Integra Finance is Huspy's fifth acquisition in credit intermediation and that the company can draw on a proven integration model.

Enrico Quadri and Samuele Lupidii, CEO and Chairman of Integra Finance, said the company was built with the ambition of creating a strong, innovative and customer-focused business. They expressed pride in what Integra has achieved and gratitude to its network and supporters. The leaders added that Huspy is the ideal partner to accelerate growth and create a new force in Italian credit intermediation.

Market Rationale and Expansion Approach

Huspy's decision to enter Italy reflects the central role of the real estate sector and the opportunities created by its gradual technological evolution. The company aims to make its AI-native platform available to industry operators, combining technology and services to simplify processes and create opportunities. The acquisition mirrors an expansion model used in other markets, where Huspy buys established businesses and integrates their teams and local expertise.

Future Growth Plans

In 2026 and 2027, Huspy plans to focus on developing the Italian market, expanding to additional markets in Europe and the MENA region, and strengthening its presence in Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The company has previously grown through acquisitions, including Home Matters in the UAE in 2021 and Mortgage Direct in Spain in 2023. Financial terms of the Integra Finance transaction were not disclosed.

Huspy's acquisition of Integra Finance combines local credit intermediation expertise with an international technology platform and a substantial investment commitment. The move positions the company to pursue a larger share of Italy's evolving property and mortgage market while supporting its broader European and Middle Eastern expansion. With this transaction, Huspy reinforces its goal of building an integrated AI-driven operating system for home buying and financing across multiple regions.
