Huspy, a leading AI-native real estate company in the Middle East and Europe, has acquired Dubai-based luxury brokerage LuxuryX. The acquisition brings an established team of luxury property specialists and more than two decades of leadership experience into Huspy's UAE business. The move strengthens Huspy's presence in Dubai's premium residential communities ahead of the upcoming launch of its luxury brand, Huspy Signature.

UAE Property Market Reaches Record Levels

Dubai recorded AED 252 billion in real estate transactions during the first quarter of 2026, reflecting a 31 percent year-on-year increase in value. Abu Dhabi transaction values reached AED 117 billion in the first half of 2026, up 112 percent year on year, while foreign direct investment rose 309 percent to AED 13.8 billion. These figures demonstrate the resilience of the UAE property sector and sustained international confidence in the country's economic and regulatory agenda.

Since January 2026, Huspy's UAE brokerage network has grown by 75 percent, increasing its share of buyer leads across prestigious communities such as Dubai Marina, The Meadows, and The Lakes. The company recently reported its strongest month to date, with all-time highs in revenue, transactions, listings, viewings, offers, conversion rates, conveyancing, and recruitment. It also completed Palm Jebel Ali's highest recorded resale transaction at AED 49 million.

Complementary Luxury Expertise and Leadership

Founded by Patrick Hayden, LuxuryX comprises specialist property consultants focused on Dubai's luxury residential market. The brokerage has built a reputation around market expertise and a highly personalised approach to client representation. Hayden brings more than two decades of luxury real estate experience across Dubai, Australia, and the United Kingdom, with an award-winning track record spanning landmark transactions and long-term client advisory.

Jad Antoun, Chief Executive Officer of Huspy, described Dubai and the UAE as central to the company's ambition of building the largest homebuying AI-native company across the Middle East and Europe. He noted that LuxuryX has built an efficient business in a segment Huspy is prioritising, giving the company the right team and expertise to accelerate growth in luxury property. Patrick Hayden added that joining Huspy provides access to technology, infrastructure, and international reach to expand the firm's client-focused vision.

Huspy Signature Launch and International Ambitions

The acquisition supports the upcoming launch of Huspy Signature, which will present a curated portfolio of luxury properties and investment opportunities across international markets. The new platform will combine specialist property advisory with access to Huspy's mortgage partner services for high-net-worth buyers, investors, and property owners. Huspy Signature will connect clients with opportunities in locations including Dubai, Milan, Madrid, Marbella, Barcelona, and Ibiza.

Huspy's growth is also underpinned by its AI-native technology platform, which brings key elements of an agent's workflow into one application. The recently launched Huspy 2.0 includes listing management, lead and pipeline visibility, buyer matchmaking, instant valuations, market intelligence, and AI-powered assistance. Mark Castley, Huspy's CEO of Real Estate, said the technology gives agents greater intelligence, speed, and control while enabling the personalised experience luxury clients expect.

A Growing Technology-Enabled Platform

Huspy now operates across four international markets and facilitates approximately US$1 billion in transactions each month. The company also handles approximately 25 percent of residential mortgages in the UAE. Founded in Dubai in 2020, Huspy has grown to 15 cities with more than 500 employees and over 40 nationalities, having raised approximately US$200 million from investors including Sequoia Capital, Balderton Capital, Founders Fund, and Fifth Wall.

By acquiring LuxuryX and preparing to introduce Huspy Signature, Huspy is positioning itself more firmly in the UAE's growing luxury property market. The combination of specialist advisory, mortgage services, and AI-native technology strengthens the company's ability to serve high-net-worth clients and capture new international demand. This move reflects Huspy's broader ambition to create a connected homebuying experience across the Middle East and Europe.
