HighPost Capital has hired Ron Sylvestri as Managing Director, Marketing. He will support marketing and capital formation at the firm. He has raised more than $4 billion in capital during his career.

He reports to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer David Moross. His focus is expanding relationships with institutional investors globally. He will also support the firm's marketing work.

Sylvestri's background
He most recently served as president of Quail Ridge Asset Management. He advised private equity firms and alternative asset managers on fundraising and positioning. He earlier worked at Emerald Point Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley.
He graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Investments. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses. He also serves on the board of RiseBoro Community Partnership.
