Endeavor relaunched its Scale-Up startup acceleration program in Brazil with 17 AI-native startups. The selected companies have already raised more than R$240 million in venture capital. The majority were founded between 2024 and 2026 and work across sectors such as healthtech, e-commerce, and AI infrastructure.

Selection process

Endeavor pre-selected 80 companies for the new cohort. Finalists went through evaluation panels with network entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors. Evaluators included Stelleo Tolda of Mercado Livre and Paulo Veras, cofounder of 99.

Cohort profile

The selected startups operate across six verticals, with the largest groups in AI infrastructure, healthtech, and e-commerce. Participating investors include Prosus Ventures, Canary, Maya Capital, and DGF Investimentos. Endeavor expects the companies to reach nearly R$200 million in combined revenue in 2026.

Program tools

Participants can access more than 3,000 hours of Endeavor mentorship content through a new tool called MCP Server Endeavor. The system works through large language models that entrepreneurs already use. It offers guidance on pricing, sales strategy, market expansion, and mentor matching.

The Scale-Up program will run for five months initially. Endeavor plans at least three new cohorts in 2027, with themes including agriculture, deep tech, biotechnology, and cybersecurity. The organization's Scale-Up Ventures fund has R$160 million under management for early-stage coinvestments.
