Dialpad and Ada have agreed to combine. The companies plan to build an operating system for customer work. Together, they serve more than 50,000 companies.
What each company brings
Dialpad contributes its voice network and speech models. Ada contributes AI agents deployed across voice, messaging, email, and social channels in more than 130 languages. Together they aim to connect communications, customer intelligence, and AI execution.
Leadership and customer continuity
Craig Walker will lead the combined company as CEO. Mike Murchison will serve as Chief AI Officer. Existing customers will keep their current contracts, pricing, account teams, and support.
How the platform works
AI agents will complete complex customer service tasks instead of only routing them. People and AI will share context and hand off conversations naturally. The combined company plans to expand this approach into sales and other customer work.
The transaction is expected to close on or about November 12, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed. The companies will share more roadmap details in the coming months.
