Outcome Capital has appointed Dr. David Feygin as Managing Director and Head of Digital Health, SaaS and AI. The Boston-based firm provides life sciences and healthcare advisory and investment banking services. Feygin joins in a full-time leadership role to strengthen its work in artificial intelligence and digital health.
Practice scope
He will lead the firm's Digital Health, SaaS and AI practice. He will advise emerging and established companies, investors, and industry stakeholders on strategic transactions. The firm said the role draws on its integrated model combining scientific, clinical, operational, and financial expertise.
His experience
Feygin has led digital and AI strategy inside a global medtech company. He has also built AI companies from the ground up. He has worked on both the corporate and startup sides of the industry.
Market focus
The move follows rapid convergence between AI and digital health. Companies are increasingly pursuing acquisitions and partnerships to access new AI capabilities. Outcome Capital said it is better positioned to help clients anticipate market changes and identify strategic opportunities.
Feygin said AI is changing how value is created and captured across healthcare. He plans to help founders show buyers their business model can scale and AI can be trusted. He will also help acquirers separate real innovation from hype.
