BioGeometry closed a Series A+ funding round led by China Life Capital. The company has now raised more than $100 million across its Series A rounds. The Beijing-based biotechnology startup develops AI models for drug discovery.

Funding participants

Shanghai Biomedical Innovation and Translation Fund invested again. CDB Technology Venture Capital, Real Power Capital, Guofang Ventures, and Fortune Capital also participated. The company will use the capital to improve its AI models, expand automated laboratories, and advance its drug pipeline.

Company footprint

BioGeometry is headquartered in Beijing and operates an R&D center in Shanghai. It works across antibodies, vaccines, peptides, and enzyme engineering. The company also has synthetic biology products, including alpha-ketoglutarate and natural borneol.

How the models work

GeoFlow predicts molecular structures and designs new molecules. GeoCell models how cells respond to genetic changes and drug treatments. The system connects AI predictions with automated laboratories to test and refine designs.

Several bispecific antibody programs are expected to reach the investigational new drug stage in 2027. More than five product programs, including AKG and natural borneol, have completed pilot-scale development. BioGeometry expects commercial-scale natural borneol production to begin shortly.
