Melbourne AI firm Appliers.ai has acquired business and AI build specialist Prevail. The combined businesses have helped more than 600 companies transform how they work. Prevail leaders Pete Gatt and Ben Ashby join Appliers.ai as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Solutions Officer.
Deal scope
Financial terms were not disclosed. Prevail's full team and its existing clients are moving across. The acquisition covers Prevail only and excludes the related Emanda Ventures business and the Emanda app.
Company context
Appliers.ai is 20 months old and based in Melbourne. In August, it signed on as EOS Worldwide's global AI Transformation Partner. That agreement makes it the preferred AI partner for 280,000 businesses running on EOS.
How the combined firm works
Appliers.ai sells a whole-business service called Transform and a single-function option called Accelerate. Its work combines business strategy, operating model design, and AI and technology delivery. The company says its guiding principle is to automate repeatable tasks and humanize exceptional work.
Appliers.ai is now hiring to grow its Australian team. The combined leadership will keep measuring builds by the return they deliver to the business. Existing clients gain the support of a larger team.
