Attention, an AI platform designed for revenue teams, has successfully closed a $30 million Series B funding round. The investment was led by RTP Global and saw participation from returning investors as well as new backers, including some of the company's own customers. This new capital will be used to enhance Attention's agentic AI capabilities and accelerate its expansion into larger enterprise organizations.

A New Approach to Sales AI

Unlike many AI sales tools that merely record and summarize calls, Attention distinguishes itself by taking direct action within the sales workflow. The platform automates critical tasks such as drafting follow-up emails, updating CRM records, and initiating subsequent sales plays. This action-oriented approach creates a closed-loop system, enabling the software to directly attribute outcomes to its own work and prove its impact.

The company's strategy is validated by significant growth, with annual recurring revenue increasing fourfold year over year. Attention now processes over 20 million agent actions monthly for more than 500 customers, including notable names like BambooHR, Scale, and Preply. As the platform has moved upmarket, its average contract value has surged tenfold over the last two years, demonstrating strong enterprise adoption.

Driving Tangible Business Outcomes

Customers are reporting substantial improvements that directly affect their bottom line, moving beyond simple time-saving metrics. For instance, healthcare AI company Abridge achieved a fivefold increase in coaching efficiency while its sales team grew by 400%. Similarly, Unify improved its win rate by 40%, and Certificial reduced its forecasting margin of error from 15% to just 5%.

Jeremy von Halle, VP of Revenue Operations at Abridge, praised the platform as a fundamental layer for their go-to-market strategy. He described it as a "win-win-win solution" that benefits sales representatives, managers, and the company as a whole. The ability to customize workflows has been particularly instrumental in improving their forecasting accuracy and maintaining pipeline hygiene.

Strategic Vision and Investor Confidence

The funding round was led by RTP Global, with continued support from Aglaé Ventures, Eniac, and Alven, and new participation from Linea Ventures. A noteworthy aspect of this round was the inclusion of angel investments from leaders at customer companies like Preply and Scale AI. This unique backing from active users underscores a deep-seated confidence in the product's value and future direction.

Attention plans to allocate the new funds toward developing a sophisticated autonomous action engine. This next-generation feature will identify and rank the highest-impact next steps for each sales representative based on their potential revenue contribution. The system will then execute approved actions and learn from the results, continuously refining its effectiveness over time.

The company was founded in late 2021 by CEO Anis Bennaceur and CTO Matthias Wickenburg, who were once competitors in previous ventures. They recognized the transformative potential of large language models early on and decided to join forces to build Attention. Their shared vision has propelled the company's rapid ascent in the competitive sales technology landscape.

This $30 million investment marks a significant milestone for Attention, positioning it to redefine the role of AI in sales. By focusing on an action-based model that delivers provable results, the company is set to challenge the status quo of observation-only tools. The funding will fuel its mission to provide an indispensable operating layer for modern enterprise revenue teams.
