TacoAI LLC has acquired Authava, an enterprise conversational AI platform, as part of a broader push to expand its artificial intelligence capabilities and strengthen its technology offering for financial services and other industries. Taco, a subsidiary of Prosperum Fintech Holdings, said the transaction adds white-label AI assistants, enterprise integrations, and managed AI services that can complement its existing platform engineering, automation, and application development capabilities. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but the deal represents a further expansion of Taco’s role within Prosperum’s growing technology ecosystem.

Expanding Enterprise AI Capabilities

Authava develops configurable conversational AI assistants designed to support customer service, sales, lead generation, account servicing, and other interactions between businesses and their customers. Its API-first platform can connect AI assistants with enterprise applications, customer relationship management systems, proprietary databases, and other information sources, allowing organizations to deliver responses based on controlled and relevant business data. The technology also supports authenticated user experiences, real-time information retrieval, workflow integrations, conversation analytics, and managed deployment services for companies seeking more sophisticated AI applications.

Strengthening Taco’s Technology Portfolio

The acquisition complements Taco’s existing work developing custom technology for fintech companies, publishers, and other enterprises, including AI-powered applications, automation systems, API integrations, and data-driven digital platforms. Prosperum Fintech Holdings CEO Jim Swartwout said Authava introduces capabilities that align with Taco’s engineering expertise and could strengthen the company’s ability to build and deploy enterprise AI products. By integrating Authava’s conversational technology with its existing development resources, Taco aims to offer AI assistants as standalone solutions or embed them directly into broader financial and enterprise platforms.

Applications Across Financial Services

Taco sees several potential applications for the combined technology, particularly in financial services, where AI assistants could support customer onboarding, personalized financial education, account servicing, product discovery, and access to real-time information. The company argues that enterprise AI requires deeper integration than conventional general-purpose chatbots, particularly when users need accurate information from secured databases, internal systems, or live financial platforms. Taco plans to use Authava’s infrastructure to create more controlled AI experiences that connect conversational interfaces with trusted data sources and existing business workflows.

Integration and Growth Strategy

Taco intends to continue developing Authava’s platform while exploring opportunities to deploy its technology across companies within the Prosperum portfolio and among external enterprise customers. The acquisition could also complement projects such as Avant Garde Trading’s trading platform, which was developed by Taco, while expanding the company’s potential market among fintech businesses, publishers, financial organizations, and other brands seeking AI-powered customer engagement tools. Authava Principal Ryan Hein said joining Taco creates an opportunity to expand the platform’s capabilities and extend its services to a broader range of customers and use cases.

The acquisition of Authava gives Taco an established conversational AI platform as it seeks to broaden its technology portfolio beyond its existing fintech development and engineering activities. Combining Authava’s white-label assistants, enterprise integrations, and managed services with Taco’s software development expertise could enable the company to deliver more deeply integrated AI products for customer-facing and operational applications. While financial details of the transaction remain undisclosed, the acquisition underscores Taco and Prosperum Fintech Holdings’ strategy of building a wider technology ecosystem around artificial intelligence, financial services, and enterprise digital infrastructure.
