Led by impact fund Educapital, the investment will fuel its mission to repurpose mobile gaming strategies for positive wellbeing. The round saw participation from previous investors like Daphni and notable tech figures, signaling strong confidence in its innovative approach.


A Novel Approach to Digital Wellness

Founded in late 2024, Rocapine operates on a high-velocity publisher model, a departure from the single-app focus common in the wellness industry. The studio rapidly tests hundreds of app concepts annually, often collaborating with independent developers to identify promising ideas. This strategy allows the company to validate user interest before committing significant resources.

Once a concept resonates with users, Rocapine leverages its AI-native technology and marketing expertise to build and scale a polished application. Co-founder Stanislas Marchand stated the goal is to create apps that "hold instead of hook," optimizing for time well spent. The current portfolio includes Harmony, a women's wellbeing app, and That Girl, a tool for building positive daily habits. The company also plans to scale its testing engine to evaluate up to 400 new app concepts this year. Alexandre Glaser of Educapital praised Rocapine's rare combination of product instinct and execution velocity. He noted the team has achieved what most studios take years to attempt, building multiple hits and generating significant revenue at speed. In 2025, revenue from non-gaming apps surpassed mobile games, with wellness emerging as a particularly fast-growing segment.
