NewenAI, a South Korean industrial artificial intelligence analytics company, has announced the establishment of its wholly owned North American subsidiary in New Jersey. The new entity, VUSSENS Inc., will accelerate the global expansion of VUSSENS, the company's beauty-specific ontology AI analysis platform. The announcement, made on the 15th, signals a focused push into the United States beauty market.

Strategic North American Expansion

The New Jersey location places VUSSENS Inc. near New York, a global hub for business and distribution with strong industrial infrastructure and accessibility. NewenAI plans to strengthen its localization strategy by leveraging existing partnerships, including the New York University Stern network and the New York-based Global AI Frontier Lab. These relationships are expected to support market entry and business development across North America.

Proven Customer Base

NewenAI has already delivered beauty market insight services to K-beauty value chain participants, including major brands, independent labels, and original design manufacturers. The company also serves large global beauty firms operating in the highly competitive Korean market. These accumulated customer references and technical capabilities underpin the completed VUSSENS platform and its North American launch.

Beauty Market Intelligence Platform

VUSSENS integrates and analyzes social media and e-commerce data in the United States to measure marketing performance and purchase conversion. It also identifies precise correlations among beauty trends, ingredients, and consumer reactions. The platform is built on a language model trained with 800 billion tokens and uses multimodal AI to simultaneously analyze short-form video, audio, and subtitles from platforms such as YouTube and TikTok.

Beyond general analysis, VUSSENS supports deep persona profiling optimized for local consumers and includes K-beauty trend analysis features. This capability allows global companies to use the platform as a key benchmarking indicator. NewenAI developed the solution after years of providing beauty market insight services to large brands, indie brands, and original design manufacturers in the competitive Korean beauty market.

Target Customers and Expansion Roadmap

VUSSENS Inc. will pursue sales across the entire local beauty value chain, targeting beauty brands that need trend analysis and marketing measurement. It will also serve OEM and ODM manufacturers seeking optimized product planning and ingredient research and development. Distributors looking to discover promising brands and agencies requiring data-driven proposals are additional target customers.

Following the New Jersey launch, the company plans to secure initial customers and then establish sales hubs in the western, southern, and midwestern United States. This sequential expansion is intended to build a nationwide sales network. NewenAI also plans to expand global data coverage and strengthen analytical capabilities before introducing the validated business model to Japan, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Leadership Vision

Chief Executive Officer Bae Seonghwan described the North American subsidiary as the starting point for expanding the company's domestic vertical AI success into global markets. He said NewenAI will use VUSSENS to pioneer the global enterprise AI market. After establishing a strong reference in beauty, the company aims to expand into food, fashion, and other industry-specific platforms to drive data-based innovation for global clients.

NewenAI's establishment of VUSSENS Inc. represents a significant commitment to the North American beauty market and the broader global enterprise AI sector. The company brings established customer references and a specialized AI platform designed to address local market needs. Its planned expansion across the United States and into other regions indicates a long-term strategy built on vertical AI expertise and measurable industry impact.
