Noetive, an AI NeoLab building the intelligence of record for the physical economy, has emerged from stealth with $41 million in seed funding. The round was led by Eclipse with participation from Craft Ventures, The Westly Group, Swish Ventures, Factory, Incite Ventures, Gigascale Capital, Operator Partners, and Liquid 2 Ventures. The company is developing technology intended to coordinate complex physical operations across people, machines, and digital systems.

Building intelligence for the physical economy

Noetive's technology addresses a gap in industrial operations where critical decisions still rely on fragmented systems that were not designed to coordinate an entire business. While artificial intelligence has transformed information work, the $30 trillion global physical economy still depends on thousands of changing variables across materials, machinery, labor, suppliers, and on-the-ground conditions. The company aims to bring self-improving AI directly into these environments rather than forcing industrial teams to adapt to software built for digital-native workflows.

A dual approach: brain, eyes, and ears

Noetive describes its intelligence of record as combining a self-improving AI brain with an advanced multi-modal sensing pod that acts as the eyes and ears of an operation. The brain learns how a business runs and works alongside its team, while the sensing pod expands the system's ability to perceive and reason about real-world conditions. Together, these components are designed to help operators coordinate people, machines, and digital systems more effectively.

Leadership and strategic validation

Amir Frenkel, Noetive's CEO and co-founder, previously served as a vice president at Meta for nearly a decade and held leadership roles at Alphabet and Amazon. He said unlocking the potential of physical economy companies requires intelligence that learns alongside operators and makes every decision improve the wider operation. The founding team includes senior AI researchers, engineers, product leaders, and enterprise operators from Meta, Google, Amazon, and Fortune 500 companies.

Early deployments with design partners

Noetive is already working with strategic design partners in manufacturing, logistics, energy, and data centers to prove its technology in real industrial settings. Menachem Katz, CEO of Steuben Foods, said production planning once occurred monthly and took a week, but Noetive now enables daily planning in minutes. He added that the ability to continuously plan and adapt as conditions change has fundamentally altered how the business operates.

How Noetive integrates into operations

The company says its intelligence fits inside existing systems rather than forcing new workflows, with agents that sit on top of the tools operators already use. Noetive is designed to become smarter with every deployment by learning alongside the team and improving through richer sensing, perception, and real-world experience. Its approach pairs reasoning and action with proprietary multi-modal sensing pods to perceive the physical environment directly.

Eclipse's company-building model

Eclipse founder and CEO Lior Susan said the firm's company-building approach was central to Noetive's creation. Eclipse has spent more than a decade partnering with founders across manufacturing, robotics, logistics, energy, and industrial infrastructure, which gave the Noetive team unique access to operational challenges. Rather than acting only as an investor, Eclipse worked with Frenkel from the earliest stages to shape the vision, assemble the founding team, and turn the thesis into a company.

Investors and future plans

The funding round includes leaders with deep experience scaling hardware and technology companies, including Meta CTO Andrew Bosworth, Airbnb CTO Ahmad Al-Dahle, Nest co-founder Matt Rogers, and Gigascale Capital founder Mike Schroepfer. Decart AI co-founders Dean Leitersdorf, Moshe Shalev, and Orian Leitersdorf also participated in the round. Noetive will use the capital to advance frontier research into self-improving AI for the physical economy and expand its research and engineering team.

Noetive was founded in 2026 by AI researchers and operators from Meta, Google, Amazon, and Fortune 500 companies to apply frontier AI research to complex operational challenges. The company is backed by Eclipse, Craft Ventures, The Westly Group, Swish Ventures, Factory, Incite Ventures, Gigascale Capital, Operator Partners, and Liquid 2 Ventures, alongside individual investors including Meta CTO Andrew Bosworth and Airbnb CTO Ahmad Al-Dahle. With $41 million in seed funding, Noetive aims to establish a new intelligence layer for the physical economy.
