Cathedis

Founded in 2015 by Imad Mansour Zekri, Cathedis is a Moroccan leader in last-mile e-commerce logistics, offering pickup, warehousing, and delivery solutions nationwide. Trusted by merchants for its reliable infrastructure, Cathedis has become a key player in Morocco’s growing e-commerce ecosystem. In October 2024, the company raised approximately $713,000, with BMCE Capital Gestion’s FCV and Beltone Venture Capital joining its investor base.

CloudFret

CloudFret, founded in 2021 by Driss Jabar, bridges Europe and Africa with its AI-powered freight marketplace. By connecting shippers and carriers, it reduces costly empty-truck returns and provides value-added services like FastPay, fuel cards, and insurance. With dual bases in Casablanca and Marseille, CloudFret raised $2.1 million in November 2023 from AfriMobility and Azur Innovation Fund, bolstering its cross-Mediterranean logistics ambitions.

Colis.ma

Operating under Western Express SARL, Colis.ma is Morocco’s first digital parcel-shipping marketplace, based in Oujda. Led by Issam Darui, the platform allows users to compare express shipping prices, track packages in real-time, and access affordable international delivery services. In October 2024, Colis.ma secured a $300,000 pre-seed round from Witamax, supporting its mission to democratize parcel tracking and logistics for individuals and SMEs.

ENAKL

ENAKL, founded in 2022, is a bus-sharing and smart commuting startup based in Casablanca. Its service provides pre-planned collective transport routes for urban commuters, helping to address the challenges of overcrowded buses and unreliable schedules. In December 2024, ENAKL raised a $1.4 million pre-seed round led by Catalyst Fund, with contributions from Renew Capital, Digital Africa, Station F, and angel investors. This funding is set to fuel expansion in Morocco’s largest cities.

Freterium

Founded in 2018 by Mehdi Cherif Alami and Omar El Kouhene, Freterium is transforming logistics with its Transport Management Software (TMS), connecting shippers and carriers across MENA. By enabling real-time collaboration and end-to-end traceability, the platform serves more than 20 enterprises and 3,000 users. In February 2022, Freterium closed a $4 million seed round led by Partech, with participation from Y Combinator, Flexport, CDG Invest (212 Founders), Swiss Founders Fund, Outlierz Ventures, and others. This funding has accelerated product development and market adoption.

Logidoo

Headquartered in Casablanca, Logidoo is a pan-African cross-border logistics platform offering B2B shipping and 5PL services. Its digital solutions streamline transport, inventory management, and distribution for enterprises across the continent. Led by Tamsir Ousmane Traoré, Logidoo secured a $1.55 million seed round from Maroc Numeric Fund II, with participation from 216 Capital, Gullit VC, Founders Factory Africa, Sunny Side Venture Partners, and Kalys Ventures. This injection of capital positions Logidoo to scale its operations across West and North Africa.

POGO

Led by Brahim El Bekkali, POGO is an electric urban mobility startup offering self-service scooters and cars through a flexible rental app. With operations in multiple Moroccan cities, it also pioneers Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) to extend vehicle autonomy and improve fleet efficiency. In November 2024, POGO partnered with Untapped Global for asset financing to deploy 135 EVs. The company is also backed by Orbit Startups (SOSV) and was part of the 212 Founders program, highlighting strong investor confidence in its sustainable mobility vision.

VelyVelo

VelyVelo, led by Asmaa Chakir Alaoui , provides long-term e-bike fleet leasing and maintenance for last-mile delivery. By designing utility bikes specifically for this purpose, the company addresses key challenges such as urban congestion, delivery efficiency, and carbon emissions. Its eco-responsible approach promotes greener logistics and smarter city mobility. In October 2024, the company raised an undisclosed investment from Beltone, strengthening its growth ambitions across Europe and Africa.

Weego

Weego is a Casablanca-based mobility-as-a-service startup that puts buses, trams, trains, taxis and ride-hailing in one app with real-time timetables, door-to-door routing and in-app payments. In 2025 it is doubling down on plan-book-pay and expanding B2B offerings like WeegoLines for employer shuttles, positioning itself as the default transit layer in Moroccan cities.
