Joe AI, a French platform specializing in AI agents for the real estate industry, has raised €2 million in a funding round led by Xplore, the innovation capital brand of Épopée Gestion. The round also includes Plug and Play Ventures, an existing investor, along with a group of prominent entrepreneurs and business angels. The capital will support product development, commercial expansion, and the company's first moves into international markets.

An AI Orchestration Platform for Real Estate Workflows

Joe AI develops omnichannel AI agents that interact with prospects, owners, tenants, and co-owners by phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or live chat. These agents are designed to understand the context of a request, take action within real estate software systems, and execute part of the associated operations. The company targets transaction, leasing, property management, syndication, and brokerage teams, with the goal of automating routine work and improving client relationships.

From Beta to More Than 500 Clients in Two Years

Since its launch 24 months ago, Joe AI has moved from early beta testers to a platform used by several thousand professionals across France. Its customer base includes independent agencies, national networks, property administrators, developers, and large commercial real estate groups. The platform now orchestrates several hundred thousand communications every month, according to the company.

Funding to Build a European Reference Platform

The new funding will be used to accelerate deployment and strengthen the company's technological lead as it prepares for European expansion. Joe AI aims to build an orchestration platform that connects communication channels, data, and real estate software to automate a growing share of daily operations. After deepening its position in residential real estate, the company plans to accelerate in commercial real estate, reinforce software partnerships, and prepare launches in several European markets.

Investor Support from Xplore and Industry Leaders

The round was led by Xplore, the innovation capital brand of Épopée Gestion, and included Plug and Play Ventures, an existing investor in Joe AI. A group of entrepreneurs and business angels also joined the round, including Thierry Herrmann, Olivier and Patrick Safar, Marc Menasé, Benjamin Chemla, Justine Cazalière, Rémy Sultan, Renaud Dalbera, and Cyril and Julien Madar. The company highlighted the participation of experienced real estate and technology operators as a sign of sector confidence.

Investor Perspective on AI Adoption

Vladimir Bolze, innovation capital partner at Épopée Gestion, said that many real estate processes remain manual despite nearly 30 years of digitalization. He believes AI agents such as Joe AI can deliver significant productivity gains for professionals. Bolze added that the investment reflects the platform's strong technology and the quality of its team.

CEO Vision for Vertical AI in Real Estate

Stanislas Chertok, founder and CEO of Joe AI, said the next wave of value creation will come from vertical AI agents deeply integrated into business tools. He described the company's goal as building the platform that orchestrates these agents for real estate, with France as its first market and Europe as the wider ambition. The company's management sees the funding as a way to move from strong domestic traction to a broader European footprint.

With this new capital, Joe AI is positioning itself to become a European reference for AI orchestration in real estate. The company has already demonstrated adoption across residential and commercial property sectors and now plans to invest further in technology and partnerships. The round brings together an innovation capital investor, an existing venture backer, and a network of industry leaders who believe that specialized AI agents will reshape how real estate professionals manage daily operations.
