Hotmart used the opening of Hotmart FIRE 2026, held from September 10 to 12 in Belo Horizonte, to introduce Launchpad, a new platform that combines artificial intelligence with its existing payment infrastructure. The solution enables users to create software, applications and other digital tools without writing code and to sell them through a connected checkout. Launchpad aims to address a critical gap between building with AI and monetizing a digital product in global markets.

A New AI-Powered Creation Platform

Launchpad lets users describe what they want to build in natural language through text or audio commands. The artificial intelligence then produces a first version of the application or digital tool, which can be refined through ongoing conversation without technical knowledge. Available formats include apps, membership areas, simulators, quizzes, calculators, agendas, websites and sales pages, all with a direct path to checkout.

Payment Integration from the Start

Each product created in Launchpad is automatically connected to Hotpay, the payment engine that already supports Hotmart’s ecosystem. Hotpay processes more than 40 payment methods in 28 local currencies and reaches consumers in 188 countries. The company also points to real-time fraud prevention and a 95.9 percent approval rate as part of the embedded commercial infrastructure, based on a VK Metrics study.

From Creator Economy to Monetization Platform

The announcement marks an evolution for Hotmart, which has spent 15 years helping creators sell courses, e-books, communities and mentoring. The company has processed 50 billion Brazilian reais in sales and now wants to include software and applications in the same portfolio. CEO and cofounder João Pedro Resende described the move as an effort to give creators the infrastructure needed to turn an idea into a business and to reach buyers anywhere.

Business Model and Market Opportunity

Launchpad will be available through paid plans after an initial free period for event participants and registered customers. Hotmart expects its main revenue to remain tied to payment processing volume, which gives it room to keep software subscription prices competitive. AI-related digital products already moved more than 200 million reais in gross merchandise volume between August 2025 and July 2026, a 354 percent increase over the previous two years, according to company data.

What Users Can Build

A creator who sells a financial management course, for example, could build a tool where clients enter business data and receive tasks or analysis based on the same methodology. The application is hosted on Hotmart’s infrastructure and starts with checkout connected to Hotpay, avoiding separate integrations and manual payment setup. This approach brings creation, hosting and commercialization into a single environment.

Event Context and Growth

Hotmart FIRE 2026, the 11th edition of the event, runs from September 10 to 12 at Expominas in Belo Horizonte and brings together around 10,000 participants, more than 140 speakers and over 70 brands. The festival has become a showcase for the creator economy and the expanding role of artificial intelligence in digital commerce. Hotmart reports that more than 5,500 entrepreneurs sold AI-related products to 550,000 unique buyers during the 12-month period.

Launchpad represents Hotmart’s attempt to connect AI-powered creation with a ready-made global sales and payment structure. By removing coding and integration barriers, the company wants to make software a viable product for creators, entrepreneurs and small businesses around the world. The announcement positions Hotmart for a broader role in monetizing digital products beyond traditional courses and content.
