FlowCredi, a Brazilian fintech specializing in the home equity marketplace, has announced two strategic appointments to its executive team. Rafael Rodrigues Lopes joins as the new Chief Financial Officer, and Denis Senhorini will serve as the Head of New Channels. These hires signal a new phase of accelerated growth, aimed at strengthening the company's financial governance and expanding its national commercial footprint following a period of significant milestones.

Strengthening Financial Leadership

As the new CFO, Rafael Rodrigues Lopes is tasked with reinforcing FlowCredi's financial structure and overarching strategy. His primary goal is to ensure the company maintains its trajectory of sustainable growth while consistently generating value for its stakeholders. Lopes stated his mission is to uphold the company's commitment to growing with solidity, strategic foresight, and a clear long-term vision for the organization.

Lopes brings over 13 years of financial expertise, having worked in diverse settings including national corporations, multinational firms, and high-growth startups. His professional journey includes impactful roles at companies such as Arqgen, Lingopass, and Cogna, where he specialized in structuring and transforming financial departments. This background combines corporate governance with performance intelligence, making him ideal for FlowCredi's current expansion phase.

Expanding Commercial Reach

Denis Senhorini assumes the critical role of Head of New Channels for Home Equity, with a clear mandate to expand FlowCredi's commercial presence across Brazil. He will leverage his extensive experience to build new business avenues and disseminate the company's brand and secured credit solutions nationwide. Senhorini emphasized that his deep understanding of the customer journey will be instrumental in generating new business and market penetration.

With a 20-year career in commercial leadership, Senhorini has a proven track record in both traditional banking and the fintech sector. He held positions at major institutions like Banco Fibra, Pan, and Santander before specializing in home equity at fast-growing companies like Creditas and CashMe. This unique blend of experience gives him a comprehensive perspective on the market and evolving customer needs.

A Foundation for Growth

These executive appointments come at a time of significant momentum for FlowCredi, which was founded by former leaders of Credihome. The company recently surpassed a major milestone, having processed over R$ 500 million in approved home equity loans last year. This achievement highlights the effectiveness of its marketplace model, which connects clients with leading banks and funds to simplify credit access.

The company's growth strategy is supported by a recent R$ 3.5 million funding round led by venture capital firms Verve Capital and Norte Ventures. The investment also attracted a syndicate of prominent angel investors, including Patrick Sigrist of iFood and Marco Camhaji of Movile. This infusion of capital provides the necessary resources to scale operations and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

The strategic hiring of Rafael Rodrigues Lopes and Denis Senhorini marks a pivotal moment for FlowCredi as it prepares for its next stage of growth. By integrating their extensive financial and commercial expertise, the fintech is well-positioned to enhance its operational capabilities and solidify its leadership in the Brazilian home equity market. These appointments underscore a deliberate strategy to build a robust foundation for sustained, long-term success.
