Christian Lindner has invested in QuoIntelligence, a Frankfurt-based cyber threat intelligence company. The investment follows the company’s €7.3 million Series A round completed in April 2026. QuoIntelligence was named Europe’s Most Promising Cybersecurity Startup 2026 by the European Cyber Security Organisation.
Investment details
Lindner said Europe needs more technology companies that can compete internationally in important markets. He pointed to the company’s mix of human expertise and AI-driven technology. Financial terms of his personal investment were not disclosed.
Company and customers
QuoIntelligence was founded in Frankfurt in 2020. It serves organizations in transportation, manufacturing, finance, and retail, as well as EU institutions. In 2025, the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) awarded the company a four-year, €1.4 million contract for cyber threat intelligence services.
What the platform does
The Mercury platform brings together digital risk protection, cyber threat intelligence, and risk intelligence. Analysts in Germany, Italy, and Spain curate the service rather than delivering raw feeds. Customer intelligence data remains within the EU.
QuoIntelligence plans to scale its European cybersecurity business with Lindner’s support. The company aims to become the European leader in cyber threat intelligence. It already holds ISO 27001 certification and helps clients meet NIS2 and DORA requirements.
