The investment was led by Entrée Capital with participation from existing investors Work-Bench and Emerge Ventures, plus Bright Pixel Capital. The company also reported a fourfold increase in annual recurring revenue since its seed round five months ago.

The new capital will be used to advance Chamelio's proprietary legal action model, grow its legal engineering and product teams, and invest further in onboarding technology. The company serves hundreds of customers, including Wiz, monday.com, Socure, AppsFlyer, and Wonderful.ai. This funding follows strong early commercial momentum and positions the startup to replace outdated legacy contract lifecycle management systems.
Pressure on In-House Legal Teams
In-house legal departments face growing workloads while budgets and headcount remain constrained. A recent Association of Corporate Counsel survey identified budget and resource limitations as key barriers to success. Meanwhile, CLOC's 2026 State of the Industry Report found that only 32 percent of legal departments expect to add attorney headcount this year.
From Storage to Action
Most in-house legal teams still depend on legacy Contract Lifecycle Management software built to store contracts, not to analyze or act on them. Chamelio addresses that gap by training its platform on legal actions and performing the work itself.
