All3, a European company developing a robotic platform for the construction industry, has successfully secured $25 million in a seed funding round. Led by RTP Global with participation from SuperSeed, Begin Capital, s16vc, and VNV Global, the investment will fuel the company's mission to modernize building processes. This significant capital injection marks a pivotal moment for the firm as it prepares to deploy its technology on commercial projects.


An Integrated Construction Model

All3 is pioneering a new approach by re-engineering the entire construction workflow into a single, end-to-end process. The system integrates three core technologies: AI-powered design software, robotic factories for producing custom components, and an autonomous legged robot for on-site assembly. This holistic model aims to overcome the fragmentation that has long plagued the industry and its productivity.

Unlike traditional methods that rely on separate teams and tools, All3’s platform provides a unified solution designed for efficiency and scalability. The technology enables the automation of complex tasks without imposing the design constraints often associated with prefabrication. This allows for greater architectural freedom while still benefiting from the precision and speed of robotics in urban environments.

Addressing a Stagnant Industry

The global construction sector, a multi-trillion dollar industry, has seen minimal productivity gains over the past five decades, leading to rising costs and a heavy dependence on manual labor. Existing prefabrication systems have struggled to adapt to the complexities of dense urban environments where new housing is most needed. All3's technology is specifically designed to address these long-standing challenges by bringing automation directly to complex sites.

Early Traction and Projected Benefits

The company's innovative model promises significant improvements, projecting cost savings of up to 30 percent and reducing project timelines by as much as 50 percent. Furthermore, the system is expected to lower a building's embodied carbon by up to 25 percent compared to conventional methods. Early market demand has already validated this approach, with over 100,000 square meters of residential projects processed through its design software.

Strategic Allocation of Funds

The newly acquired $25 million will be strategically allocated to accelerate research and development efforts at its hubs in London and Belgrade. A primary focus will be the deployment of an initial fleet of robots for commercial construction projects in Germany, the company's first launch market. This move directly targets Germany's acute housing shortage, which currently stands at an estimated 700,000 homes.

Investors have expressed strong confidence in All3's potential to drive a much-needed market shift. Jelmer de Jong of RTP Global highlighted the team's engineering depth and success in pairing advanced robotics with a viable commercial model. Similarly, Mads Jensen of SuperSeed emphasized the company's position to lead a productivity revolution in the massive construction industry.

Rodion Shishkov, CEO and co-founder of All3, stated that the funding validates their mission to solve construction's fundamental problems. He described the sector as a trillion-dollar opportunity ripe for disruption through robotics and AI. The company's ultimate goal is to scale its technology to address the global housing crisis and make quality housing accessible to everyone.
