Marketing agency 8D Hubify and public relations firm Dialetto have announced a merger, creating a new entity that integrates marketing, sales, technology, and PR. This strategic union brings together over 130 professionals with a shared goal of achieving $4.3 million in revenue by the end of 2026. The move aims to provide a comprehensive, revenue-focused service model for a diverse client base across multiple industries.

A Strategic Union Forged in Partnership

The two companies first connected within the RD Station partner ecosystem, where both were recognized as top-tier agencies. This long-standing professional relationship, built on shared values and mutual respect, laid the groundwork for deeper collaboration. A pivotal conversation between their CEOs at the Web Summit Rio in 2023 ultimately catalyzed the decision to merge their operations.

Integrating RevOps with Reputation Management

This merger is strategically aligned with the growing market trend of Revenue Operations (RevOps), which seeks to unify departments to drive predictable growth. 8D Hubify brings established expertise in this model, integrating marketing and sales functions with technology for maximum efficiency. Dialetto’s specialization adds a crucial layer of public relations and authority building to this established framework.

Fabio Duran, CEO of 8D Hubify, stated that sustainable growth requires moving beyond siloed departments toward a connected revenue strategy. Rodrigo Lóssio, CEO of Dialetto, added that building market trust and a clear brand position significantly enhances marketing and sales outcomes. Their combined vision is to make communication an integral component of the revenue generation process for their clients.

Combining Strengths and Clientele

Formed in 2023 from the merger of 8D Pro and Hubify, 8D Hubify has quickly become a leader in its field. The agency serves over 40 clients, including major brands like BYD, Total Express, and Nuvemshop, managing the largest client revenue portfolio within the RD Station ecosystem. Its focus on data-driven strategies and automation has cemented its position in the market.

With nearly two decades of experience, Florianópolis-based Dialetto has established itself as a premier public relations agency for the innovation and technology sectors. The firm supports approximately 50 active clients, including notable names like Sebrae Startups and Instituto Caldeira. Its expertise lies in building institutional reputation and executive positioning, which will now be integrated into a broader growth model.

A Phased Integration Plan

The integration of the two companies will be conducted in phases over the next two years to ensure a smooth transition. During this period, the teams will focus on aligning commercial strategies, developing joint projects, and sharing best practices and methodologies. The formation of a holding company to formally control the group is scheduled for 2027, following the consolidation of operational synergies.

The merger between 8D Hubify and Dialetto represents a significant development in the marketing and communications industry, creating a unique powerhouse. By embedding reputation management directly into a RevOps framework, the new entity offers a holistic approach to sustainable business growth. This strategic union is poised to deliver tangible results by demonstrating the direct impact of integrated communication on revenue.
