Applications are now open for the Women/Transgender Productisation Grant, an initiative designed to support women and transgender-led startups in advancing their Minimum Viable Prototype (MVP) into a fully market-ready product. This grant provides targeted assistance to facilitate the crucial productisation phase of development, offering additional support beyond the standard Productization Grant for startups where women or transgender founders hold a majority shareholding.
Program Focus

Funding Details
• Provides an additional grant of up to ₹5 lakhs over the standard Productization Grant.
• The total benefit available under the programme can be up to ₹12 lakhs.
Eligibility Criteria
• Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements as specified under the scheme guidelines.
• The startup must be in the product development stage.
• A valid Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) Unique ID is required.
• The entity must be incorporated as a Private Limited Company, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), or One Person Company (OPC) with an active MCA status.
• Women or transgender founder(s) are required to hold a minimum of 51% shareholding in the startup, in accordance with government norms.
• The designated woman or transgender founder must be capable of effectively pitching the product and clearly presenting its key features and essential elements before the Expert Committee.
Exclusions
• Startups that have previously received the Scale-up Grant are not eligible to apply for this grant.
