The program selects digital startups in the power and renewables sectors to accelerate their growth and impact. Participating startups gain access to the company’s experts, a testing ground for their development within TotalEnergies’ businesses, and high-level entrepreneurial mentoring. The initiative is designed as a business acceleration program to turn innovations into tangible business outcomes.

• No relocation is required.

• A commitment to test, learn, and scale during the 6-month program is expected.
• Startups must have a ready-to-deploy MVP operating in Europe, the Americas, or India.
• Participants should have a shared ambition to create a real impact.
Program Timeline and Structure
The program is structured to achieve real traction within a 6-month timeframe, following four main stages:
• 1. Selection: Solutions are assessed by business and innovation experts.
• 2. Onboarding at STATION F: Participants pitch and connect with relevant TotalEnergies experts from day one.
• 3. Experimentation: Solutions are tested in collaboration with TotalEnergies' business units.
• 4. Demo Day: Results are presented to the Chairman & CEO and senior leadership of TotalEnergies.
Selection Process
The program features a selective and founder-friendly process designed for startups that TotalEnergies believes it can truly help scale.
• A single application is required.
• The selection process is transparent, involving one pitch to business and innovation experts.
• Each batch is limited to 10 startups.
