The Pan-African fellowship is open to Africans aged 18–35, including applicants already running agricultural enterprises as well as those developing an idea, early-stage initiative, or market opportunity.

• Citizenship: Be a citizen of an African country
• Age: Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Enterprise stage: Be building an agricultural enterprise, developing an early-stage agricultural idea, working on a market solution, or exploring an agricultural business opportunity
• Existing business: Applicants do not need to have an existing business to apply
