RevTech Labs offers a specialized accelerator program designed for post-revenue and post-growth fintech and insurtech companies globally. The program provides founders with a 12-week customized roadmap tailored to their specific business goals and objectives. Applications are currently open for the upcoming Class 25, with a submission deadline of August 2, 2026.

Program Overview

• Program Focus: The accelerator is tailored for fintech and insurtech startups from around the world that are typically post-revenue with a developed MVP, although companies at various stages are considered.
• Program Length: The core program runs for 12 weeks, preceded by an additional 2-3 weeks of preparatory work.
• Program Format: This is a hybrid program. Founders are required to be in-person in Charlotte for the first week and the final week. A mid-program roadshow in a different city also requires in-person attendance. The remainder of the program is conducted virtually.
• Cohort Size: Each cohort consists of approximately 13 to 15 companies.

Founder Benefits and Resources

• Capital Investment: Each company accepted into the program receives a capital investment of up to $120,000. Program alumni are also eligible for potential follow-on investment from RevTech Labs Capital.
• Robust Network: Participants gain access to a cultivated mentor database of senior executives and subject matter experts from the financial and insurance industries.
• Customized Experience: The program avoids a one-size-fits-all curriculum. Instead, founders collaborate with the program team to develop a personalized roadmap based on their company's unique objectives.
• Morrow Network Perks: Founders receive access to the Morrow Network, which includes over 300 perks valued at more than $1 million and a global database of investors and executives.

Program Structure and Mentorship

• Customized Roadmap: Before the program begins, founders work with the team to establish 2-3 long-term business objectives and 3 micro-goals to focus on during the 12 weeks.
• Advisory Boards: The program team facilitates connections between each founder and a strategic Advisor Chair, along with a broader advisory board. Meetings are pre-scheduled, and founders receive guidance on how to effectively engage with their advisors.
• Mentor Matching: During the first week, founders present a two-minute pitch outlining their company and program goals. Mentors and advisors in attendance then select the companies they are best aligned to support, and the program team uses this feedback to build each founder's dedicated mentor database and advisory board.
• Expert Sessions: In addition to working on their micro-goals, founders have access to optional sessions with Executives in Residence (EIRs) and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) based on their specific needs.

Applicant Profile and Eligibility

• International Founders: The program accepts companies from across the globe. Applicants based outside the U.S. must demonstrate a clear interest in expanding into the U.S. market and possess sufficient traction in their current market to support this expansion.
• Commitment to Diversity: As a majority female and Latina-owned organization, the accelerator prioritizes the support and elevation of traditionally underrepresented founders. The program states that over 53% of its portfolio companies are led by founders of color or female founders, reflecting a commitment to fostering diversity of thought and perspective within the industry.

The program is consistently described by alumni as a highly structured and focused experience ideal for early-stage companies aiming to expand their customer base and secure investor capital. Participants emphasize the value of direct access to a strong network of fintech experts and the tailored guidance that helps accelerate growth, noting that the outcomes are directly proportional to the effort invested.
