EuraTechnologies’ Acceleration Program is a one-year accelerator designed for revenue-generating technology startups that have demonstrated market fit and are ready to scale. The program helps founders turn early commercial traction into repeatable revenue growth while strengthening the governance, finance, hiring, tooling, and fundraising capabilities required for the next stage of company development.
Based in the Hauts-de-France region of France, the program combines sales acceleration, strategic mentoring, peer-to-peer learning, expert audits, corporate introductions, investor preparation, and access to the wider EuraTechnologies ecosystem.
Program Details
• Stage: Revenue-generating
• Duration: 1 year
• Geography: Hauts-de-France, France
• Sector: Sector Agnostic
• Category: Accelerator
• Focus: Market fit to scale
• Format: Structured acceleration with dedicated individual support
Program Structure
• PHASE 1 — SALES ACCELERATION: From September to March, startups focus on building predictable commercial growth. The phase begins with a sales audit covering the ideal customer profile, pipeline, and acquisition channels.
• TEST & OPTIMIZE: Founders test outbound, inbound, and partnership channels alongside their offer and pricing strategy. Results are reviewed to identify the approaches that should be retained and scaled.
• SALES ACTIVATION: Startups work toward a structured pipeline, an active CRM, stronger customer acquisition processes, and, where appropriate, hiring their first salesperson or SDR.
• PHASE 2 — BUILDING FOR SCALE: From March to September, the focus shifts toward building the organizational foundations needed for sustainable growth and future fundraising.
• SCALE READINESS: Companies receive support across finance, marketing, tooling, compliance, international readiness, governance, team structure, and key hiring needs.
• FUNDRAISING PREPARATION: Founders work on KPIs, investor positioning, fundraising preparation, and investor pitch training ahead of opportunities such as Demo Day Invest.
Value Delivery
• GROW: The program helps startups turn an initial working acquisition channel into a more structured and repeatable sales engine through audits, experimentation, pricing work, and pipeline development.
• CONNECT: Participants gain access to EuraTechnologies’ network of large corporations, mid-market companies, public-sector organizations, integrators, distributors, experts, and potential commercial partners.
• MENTOR: Each startup is supported by an entrepreneur mentor who has experienced the scale-up journey and acts as a strategic sparring partner for the founding team.
• SUPPORT: A dedicated startup manager serves as the company’s main EuraTechnologies contact, helping structure the program and connecting founders with relevant mentors, experts, and partner companies.
• PEER LEARNING: Founders take part in monthly peer-to-peer sessions where startup leaders compare challenges, share experiences, and work through operational and strategic blockers together.
• SCALE: The second half of the program helps startups strengthen governance, finance, leadership, HR, tooling, compliance, and international expansion readiness.
• FUNDRAISE: Companies receive support preparing for future investment, including KPI development, fundraising strategy, investor pitch preparation, and access to Demo Day Invest.
