The program is designed for high-impact, post-revenue enterprises with demonstrated traction and the potential to scale healthcare solutions for underserved communities. Through a combination of incubation, acceleration, capacity building, investor connections, and catalytic funding, selected enterprises receive support to strengthen their foundations and accelerate growth.

Eligibility Criteria
The program is intended for ambitious, post-revenue social enterprises operating in Africa that are working to improve healthcare access and impact. Eligible enterprises should demonstrate established operations, measurable impact, strong revenue traction, a dedicated team, and a clear strategy for growth.
Strong applicants are expected to demonstrate:
• A healthcare solution addressing a meaningful healthcare gap
• Strong revenue traction, with approximately US$300,000 in annual revenue
• Demonstrated impact, reaching approximately 100,000 people
• A dedicated and capable team
• A viable and scalable business model
• A clear growth strategy
• The potential and intention to raise US$1 million or more within the next year
• Commitment to expanding healthcare access and impact across Africa

Program Structure
The MH4A program is delivered over two six-month phases designed to help enterprises strengthen their internal foundations before accelerating external growth.
Business Foundations – 6 Months
The first phase focuses on strengthening the enterprise's core operations. Participants receive support to refine their business models, build effective teams, improve governance systems, and address key organizational needs through coaching, masterclasses, and tailored grants.
Business Growth – 6 Months
The second phase focuses on expansion and investment readiness. Participants receive advanced mentorship, investor connections, research vouchers, and networking opportunities while working on market access, fundraising, investment readiness, and scaling their healthcare solutions.
