Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) is extending an invitation to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina to apply for funding aimed at developing and implementing circular business models. This initiative is designed to enhance both competitiveness and sustainability within the local business landscape.

Funding Details
• Total Allocation: 440,061 KM
• Individual Grant Range: 9,779 KM to 29,337 KM
• Grant Coverage: Up to 60% of the total project value
• Applicant Contribution: A minimum of 40% of project costs is required
• Project Requirements: Supported projects must demonstrate a clear contribution to enterprise competitiveness, environmental protection, and the development of more sustainable value chains in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Funding is available for projects that focus on practical and applicable solutions that can serve as examples for other companies and sectors. Key project types include those that:

Eligibility Criteria
• Applicant Type: Export-oriented micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
• Registration: Must be registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Sectors: Must operate in eligible manufacturing sectors.
• Encouraged Applicants: Special encouragement is given to innovative projects, businesses led by women and young entrepreneurs, and companies that collaborate with secondary vocational schools.
