INNOPAD TAIPEI and the Mighty Net Innovation Program are jointly launching the “INNOPAD TAIPEI Startup Accelerator Grant Program.” The program is designed to support startups with innovative technologies and strong industry application potential, helping teams progress from Proof-of-Concept (PoC) to Proof-of-Business (PoB) validation while accelerating commercialization, business growth, and international expansion.
Key Program Advantages
• Field Validation Resources: Selected startups can access Taipei City public spaces and government-supported PoC opportunities, including potential validation scenarios within MRT facilities and public housing. Mighty Net also provides access to manufacturing and production environments that can serve as real-world testing grounds for technology validation and product deployment.
• Space Resources: The INNOPAD TAIPEI base is located in Nangang, a major transportation and technology hub. Selected teams may apply for residency at the base, with a limited number of complimentary seats available during the first year as well as paid workspace options. After three months of residency, eligible teams may apply to use the base as their company registration address.
• Event Resources: The program connects startups with Taipei City public-sector application scenarios and municipal needs, international exchange opportunities through Mighty Net’s global network, mentorship supporting the transition from PoC to PoB, and regular investor matchmaking activities, including Demo Days.
Space Overview
INNOPAD TAIPEI is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Nangang Depot Social Housing complex, near MRT Kunyang and Nangang Stations. Positioned between the Neihu Technology Park and Nangang Software Park, the facility spans approximately 1,650 ping and offers flexible co-working areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and multi-functional spaces designed to support startup development, collaboration, and business activities.
Applicant Eligibility & Criteria
• Company Age: Open to domestic and international startups established for less than eight years as of the date they join the base.
• Core Focus Areas: Startups developing industry applications in smart living, smart agriculture, smart logistics, and smart healthcare.
• Company Development Stage: Priority is given to early-stage startups around the pre- or post-angel investment stage that have completed PoC technical validation and are preparing to move into PoB business validation.
• Company Registration: Selected teams must be registered as Taipei-based companies. Startups from outside Taipei or overseas must commit to completing company registration in Taipei within six months of joining the program.
