Eligibility Requirements

Margin Money and Fund Utilization
• Margin Money Requirement: Selected startups must contribute margin money equal to 10% of the approved grant amount during the second tranche.
• Product Development Expenses: Up to 100% of the grant may be allocated to eligible product-development activities.
• Manpower Costs: Technical manpower expenses may account for up to 50% of the approved funding. Salaries for founders are not eligible.
• Market Research: Market research and customer-validation activities may account for up to 20% of the grant.
• Mentor Honoraria: Payments to mentors may account for up to 10% of the grant.
• Other Expenses: Up to 10% may be used for eligible certification, validation, travel, compliance, and related project expenses.
