• $3M in Investment Funding: GENIUS NY invests a total of $3 million annually into participating startups via a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE). One company is awarded a $1 million grand prize, with the remaining $2 million divided among the other participants to provide critical early-stage capital.

• Free Office Space & Amenities: Teams receive fully equipped, modern office space at the INSPYRE Innovation Hub in Syracuse, NY. Amenities include conference rooms, shared workspaces, a makerspace and Hardware Center, and high-speed internet.
• Recruiting & Fundraising Support: The program offers assistance with hiring key team members, accessing talent pipelines, and refining fundraising strategies through investor introductions, pitch coaching, and capital-raising guidance.

• World-Leading UAS & AAM Industry Hub: The program is centered in Central New York, an emerging epicenter for innovation in Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). Application and Program Timeline

• Application Submission: Applications for Cohort 10 open on January 28, 2026, and close on May 17, 2026. Applicants must register online before submitting their application.
• Semi-Finalist Selection: Semi-finalists will be announced during the week of June 19, 2026. Interviews for this stage will take place from July 8–10, 2026.
• Finalist Announcement: The five startups selected as finalists for Cohort 10 will be announced the week of August 17, 2026.
• Accelerator Start Date: The accelerator program begins the week of September 8, 2026, in Syracuse, NY.
• Pitch Finals: The program culminates with the Pitch Finals, where the Grand Prize Winner is decided during the week of May 3, 2027.
