The Food & Agri Accelerator, developed by Innovate47, is a two-month virtual program designed to equip early-stage startups with the tools, expertise, and network needed to scale their solutions in the food and agriculture sector. The initiative focuses on sustainability, market access, and business growth, providing a structured path from idea validation to investor readiness.

Program Structure

Month 1 – Foundation & Execution

  • Week 1: Problem-Solution Fit – Focus on customer discovery and value proposition.
  • Week 2: Product Development – Build an MVP or prototype to test solutions.
  • Week 3: Go-to-Market Strategy – Develop a plan for customer acquisition and partnerships.
  • Week 4: Market & Regulatory Access – Learn to navigate food and agriculture regulations.

Month 2 – Scale & Fundraising

  • Week 5: Pitch Deck Development – Create an investor-ready presentation.
  • Week 6: Fundraising Strategy – Understand how to identify investors and manage due diligence.
  • Week 7: Pitch Practice – Refine and rehearse pitching with expert feedback.
  • Week 8: Demo Day Showcase – Present to investors, partners, and media (selected startups only).

  • Agri Focus – Solutions must address agriculture, food, or sustainability challenges.
  • Passion & Commitment – Teams must be dedicated full-time to the venture.
  • Global Impact – Startups should aim for scalable solutions with strong systemic impact.
  • Scalability & Impact – Ventures must demonstrate potential for environmental and social value.
  • Stage Agnostic – Open to startups at all stages, from concept to established business.
  • For-Profit & Sustainable – Applicants should operate as for-profit entities with financial sustainability in mind.
  • Language Proficiency – All activities are conducted in English, requiring strong language skills.
