The curriculum emphasizes honing product-market fit, developing a sales playbook, achieving early market traction, and understanding pathways to scale, ultimately amplifying women's voices within the tech ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria
• Company Status: The company must be a U.S.-based, for-profit enterprise. Non-profits and consulting firms are not considered.
• Leadership: The company must be actively led by a woman, and the CEO must be women-identifying or non-binary. Co-founders who are not women are welcome.
• Technology Focus: All technologies should be powered by AI/ML, SaaS, Data Analytics, or Hardware.
• Development Stage: Founders must be past the pure ideation stage, with a clear path to launch, pilot, enter beta testing, or have an MVP ready for use by the program's end.
• Founder Attributes: The program seeks founders who possess a growth mindset, are highly coachable, hold a massive vision, and are eager to collaborate deeply.
• CEO Commitment: The CEO must personally participate and commit to 25 to 30 hours per week for company work and program sessions.
