Applications for the program are currently open to participants worldwide via national programs.


Program Structure and Benefits

• Explore: Participants can test and shape their green business concepts in a secure environment with access to expert guidance.
• Learn: The program provides practical tools and skills through hands-on boot camps, coaching sessions, and direct application of new knowledge to grow an idea.
• Connect: Entrepreneurs join a global community of innovators, mentors, and experts within the Climate-KIC network, fostering collaboration and support.
• Pitch: As participants advance, they gain opportunities to present their ideas on progressively larger stages, increasing visibility, meeting global partners, and unlocking new opportunities.

Competition Timeline

• March – May 2026: Applications are open for individuals to submit their green ideas or innovations with environmental impact.
• May – July 2026: Top teams selected by National Leads will participate in the ClimateLaunchpad National programme, which begins with a multi-day digital Boot Camp and online course.
• Late August – Early September 2026: The leading teams from each country will compete in Regional Finals, pitching to regional experts to gain new skills, knowledge, and networking opportunities.
• October 14, 2026: The top teams from each region will advance to the Global Grand Final in Singapore to pitch before an expert panel.

Global Reach and Proven Impact

• Participating Countries: The program is active in 51 countries, and participants can find local program details and contact information for their national teams.
• Program Metrics: Over its 12 previous editions, ClimateLaunchpad has delivered 540 boot camps, incubated over 5,000 ideas, and its alumni have collectively raised 500 million Euros.


This competition provides a structured pathway for innovators to fast-track their environmentally focused ideas into viable businesses.
