The Cross Border Jobs Startup Competition invites digital startups across Africa to propose innovative solutions that facilitate ethical, accessible, and efficient cross-border employment. The competition aims to identify ventures that enhance opportunities for African job seekers and employers while addressing issues such as migration barriers, skill validation, compliance, and worker welfare.

Selected startups will gain access to grant funding of up to $10,000, strategic mentorship from ecosystem experts, and networking opportunities through the Jobtech Alliance community. The initiative seeks to accelerate scalable and sustainable business models that can bridge gaps in African labour markets and enable fair cross-border job access.
