The Breva™ Thrive Grant Program provides catalytic, non-dilutive funding to early-stage and growing U.S. small businesses that create positive and measurable impact within their communities.

Grant Details
• Award Amount: USD $5,000 per recipient.
• Frequency: One grant recipient is selected each calendar quarter.
• Limitations: Businesses may receive only one grant per calendar year. No cash-equivalent or substitute for the grant is permitted except at Breva’s discretion.
Selection Process
• Grant recipients are selected based on the quality of their applications rather than by chance.
• The program welcomes applications from all eligible businesses and encourages submissions from businesses whose work benefits historically underserved populations.
• All applications are evaluated through a race- and gender-neutral selection process to ensure recipients are chosen solely on merit.
Business Eligibility
• Must be a for-profit business.
• Must be legally established and in good standing in any U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory.
• The business must have its principal place of business in the United States.
• All activities supported by the grant must take place within the United States.
Applicant Eligibility
• The individual submitting the application must be a legal resident of one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• The applicant must be an owner, officer, or another authorized decision-maker with the authority to submit the application and, if selected, sign the Grant Agreement on behalf of the business.
