The AUC Venture Lab (V-Lab) is Egypt’s first university-based incubator and accelerator, located at the American University in Cairo. Since its founding in 2013, the lab has played a pivotal role in the regional ecosystem by supporting over 374 startups and facilitating more than $356 million in investment. The Spring 2026 session, marking Cycle 26, continues this legacy by offering early-stage, tech-enabled startups a comprehensive platform for growth, investment readiness, and market penetration.

This cycle features an intensive multi-month acceleration experience designed for high-growth, innovation-driven startups.
The program is entirely equity-free, allowing founders to scale their businesses and access world-class resources without sacrificing company ownership.
Selected participants undergo a rigorous journey that includes business model validation, mentor matchmaking, and commercial traction support.
Specialized Tracks
Startup Accelerator: A sector-agnostic program supporting ventures across multiple industries, including Artificial Intelligence, HealthTech, E-commerce, Logistics, Green Economy, and Creative Industries.
FinTech Accelerator: A separate, dedicated program offering specialized financial and technical support for startups innovating in payments, insurtech, wealth management, lending, and financial infrastructure.
